GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Reservations and payments

• All reservations are managed through the Yescapa platform. The owner will contact the client to facilitate the payment link.

• The total amount The rental must be paid at the time of booking through Yescapa.

• The bail It is delivered at the time of picking up the vehicle:

  • €600 for the VW Transporter

  • €800 for the Fiat Ducato

  • It is paid in cash or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund.

• Between 15 and 30 days before: 50% penalty.

• Less than 15 days: No refund.

2. CONDITIONS OF DRIVING AND USE

• Minimum driving age: 25 years.

• Required driving license: B with at least 2 years old.

• Valid foreign driving licenses are accepted.

• No smoking inside the camper. Penalties will be applied if non-compliance is detected.

• Pets allowed No additional cost. It is recommended to report in advance.

• Delivery and return: Ibaiondo, 48003 Bilbao, Biscay (Miribilla).

3. Fuel, cleaning and fines

• The vehicle is delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned at the same level.

• The vehicle must be returned in good cleaning conditions. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be applied.

• All fines or penalties During the rental period they are the responsibility of the client, even if they are received later.

4. Faults, claims and returns

• The all-risk insurance franchise is:

  • €600 for the VW Transporter

  • €800 for the Fiat Ducato

• In case of Fault not attributable to the client, an attempt will be made to offer an alternative solution. Otherwise, the partial reimbursement of the days not enjoyed will be studied.

• If the Fault or sinister It is caused by the client, he may lose the total or partial bond depending on the damage caused.

• No refunds will be made for advance delivery of the vehicle.

5. Mileage and destinations

• The mileage is subject to the conditions of the Yescapa platform. It will be due consult in the reservation.

• It is allowed to travel within the member countries of the European Union (EU).

• Traveling to Morocco or countries in a situation of conflict is not allowed..

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Minimum rent:

  • Rest of the year: Minimum 3 days / 2 nights.

  • July: Minimum 4 days.

  • August: Minimum 7 days.

• The No presentation On the agreed date and time, a cancellation with loss of the 100% of the amount.

• In case of Loss of keys or documentation, the client will assume the full cost of its substitution.

• It is not allowed extension of the rent once the reservation has started.

7. Physical Products (RetoExplorer Journal)

• The Daily RetoExplorer can be purchased:

  • as an extra on the trip reservation.

  • independently on the web.

• If included in the rent, it will be delivered with a photo printer that must be returned at the end of the trip.

• If purchased separately, Printer not included.

• Returns of physical products are accepted within the 14 calendar days, as long as they are in the same state in which they were delivered.

• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
